Bersa BP9CC Holster List

Looking for a Bersa BP9CC holster? Let me help with a comprehensive list of all of the scabbards on the market for these pistols.

With the popularity of the thin guns, many people are looking for at the BP series of handguns. Options in this line now exist in 9mm, .40 S&W and .380 ACP. The BP9CC was the first gun to hit the market, with the others appearing at the 2015 SHOT Show.

If you have not already bought one of these Bersa pistols, take a look at my review of the BP9CC here. I’ve got the other two in this series in my safe now, and I am working on writing review of them for the site. Stay tuned for those.

BP40CC Holsters

To date, every BP9CC holster I’ve tried has worked with the BP40CC pistol. According to Bersa reps I have spoke to, the gun’s external dimensions are identical and all of the BP9CC rigs should work perfectly. If you are interested in that gun, I’ve written a review of it here.

BP380CC Holsters

Like the BP40CC, the BP380CC will also fit in any of these holsters. It has the same external size as the original 9mm handgun and will fit in any of the BP9 scabbards.

Alien Gear

Alien Gear holster for BP9CC

The Cloak Tuck 2.0 is an incredibly comfortable inside-the-waistband holster from Alien Gear. I’ve got one for my BP9CC and have tested it with both the BP40CC and the BP380CC pistols. The Cloak Tuck 2.0 works perfectly will all of them. Make sure you read my full review of this rig here.

Alien Gear also makes an outside-the-waistband holster for the BP-series of pistols. I have not had a chance to play with one of these, so I cannot comment about how well it works.

Bear Creek Holsters

Texas seems to have many holster makers and Bear Creek Holsters is one of them. Based in New Braunfels, Bear Creek Holsters makes both IWB and OWB leather rigs for these Bersa pistols. The company offers holsters in light brown, mahogany and black with a variety of customization options.

Dale Fricke Holsters

Dale Fricke Holsters offers seven different IWB holsters, one OWB holster and a single MOLLE mounted holster. All of the rigs are Kydex holsters with variations between them to fit the needs of different shooters.

Dara Holsters

Dara Holsters for Bersa

Dara Holsters makes Kydex rigs for these Bersa pistols in a variety of styles: IWB, OWB, etc. I have two of the company’s holsters for the Smith & Wesson Shield, and I really like them. They wear well and are made with high quality components. One thing that sets Dara apart from many other holsters is their ability to build rigs for guns with lasers and lights – 80 different light/laser choices are possible.

Old Faithful Holsters

Old Faithful Holsters offers three rigs for the Bersa BP-series. One is an IWB for the strong side hip. The second is an appendix-type holster. The last is a high righe OWB. All of the guns are a hybrid design with a leather backer and a Kydex shell. All three run $75 each.

Outbags

Outbags makes a number of nice, yet inexpensive leather IWB holsters for a variety of guns. In fact, it is one of the most popular Glock 42 holsters in our round up.

Unfortunately, it looks like Outbags does not yet offer a leather IWB for the Bersa yet. However, they do offer a very inexpensive shoulder rig that will fit the BP-series of pistols. Check it out here.

PJ Holster

PJ Holster

PJ Holster makes a good looking IWB Kydex holster for the Bersa. Click here to go to their site and check it out.

Safariland

Bersa BP380CC Holster

An old hand at making top notch holsters, Safariland makes a truly amazing holster called the 578 Pro-Fit. This holster is designed to accept a wide range (almost 200 at the time of this writing) of semi-auto handguns. This is not some cheaply made one-size-fits all nylon rig. Rather it is a polymer OWB that uses a special retention system. Take a few minutes and read my complete review of the holster by clicking here.

Shepherd Leather

Shepherd Leather

Another Texas holster maker, Shepherd Leather makes a pair of IWB rigs for the BP9CC, BP40CC and BP380CC pistols. The first is the Conceal Max that uses a wide leather slab with a Kydex shell to hold the gun. These holsters are black in color and carry a lifetime warranty.

The other holster available from Shepherd Leather is the Conceal Mini. These are similar to the Conceal Max, but on a smaller slab. Conceal Mini holsters are also black in color and carry the same lifetime warranty.

SHTF Gear

Bersa BP9CC holster from SHTF

The folks at SHTF Gear make a well regarded IWB hybrid rig that uses a leather backer and polymer shell to tote your Bersa. It is called the ACE-1 Gen 2. The rigs come highly recommended to me, but I do not have any personal experience with them yet.

The holsters use Kevlar thread for stitching and solid brass rivets. The holster mouth is flared for easy insertion of the pistol, and the Kydex shell is curved to better match the contours of the body. The reviews on Amazon are very good.

The Holster Store

Leather rigs is what The Holster Store is known for, but they also work with Kydex and other materials. At the time of this writing, they offer a little more than a half-dozen different holsters for the BP9CC pistols. Some of the styles include shoulder holsters, IWB and OWB.

Theis Holsters

Built by hand in Arkansas, these Kydex and leather holstes from Theis Holsters get a lot of rave reviews from readers. I haven’t had the pleasure of trying out one of their rigs, but plan on buying one at some point. The company offers tuckable, IWB and OWB holsters in several styles. Click here to check them out.

Tucker & Byrd

Texas-based Tucker & Byrd makes fine leather holsters by hand. Among them is the pancake-style OWB rig for the Bersa BP9CC. This rig has a 12° forward cant and fits belts up to 1.75″ wide. It is open top with no external retention devices.

Viridian

Viridian Holster for Bersa BP9CC

Viridian is on board with these Bersa pistols in a big way. They offer the Viridian C series green aiming laser for the BP9CC. To match the laser, the company offers the Tacloc holster.

This holster is an OWB style rig made of polymer and is set up for a mid-ride height position. The holster has a retention button to press when drawing the gun that is both fast and secure.

Rawdog tactical makes an adjustable cant holster for the bp9 smaller and better retention than the aliengear, I have both, Love the raw dog.

Thanks for the review. Especially the holsters. I’m currently using an Unkle Mikes because I never saw any others. While it’s very comfortable it’s not easy to reholster for, er, potty breaks.
I have the bp9. Sent it back initially for FTF. They polished the ramp and it’s been flawless for many hundreds of rounds.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reading and taking the time to leave feedback. Glad to hear your BP9 is running well. I really like the size and feel of the guns, and think they can make a good CCW weapon for a lot of people.
